OWTU President Ancel Roget is calling on the government to "have a heart" and reverse its decision to increase the price of fuel.
During a media conference at the union's San Fernando Headquarters Tuesday morning, Roget said there could not have been a worse time to inflict further hardship on citizens.
He then called on citizens to join the union in protest .
