Many communities in the North of New South Wales were isolated by the recent floods, with water closing roads and cutting supply chains. But there are now questions around whether a multi billion dollar highway may have prolonged flooding in some areas. Residents in some affected communities say they are considering a class action against both the State and Federal governments.
