World Bipolar Day is marked on the 30th of March every year. Here in Kenya, the bipolar heroes foundation together with other stakeholders came together to celebrate people living with the mental condition as well as their caregivers. The event aims to spread awareness about the condition that is also known as manic depression – as well as help remove the stigma that surrounds it.
