Tragedy struck a family at Ibara shopping center, Nyamira County after a tanker veered off the road and crashed them as they slept in their house earlier today. Two other children who were also asleep were seriously injured in the accident that occurred at dawn. Vanice Kemunto died on the spot, while her mother Alexina Mwambi was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
