During a felicitation event in Gwalior of Madhya Pradesh on March 26, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia touched the feet of a woman sweeper to take her blessings. "They are 'Safai Devta'. The cleanliness drive being run under the leadership of PM Modi must be joined by us all," he said.
