One Penal woman who has been rescuing dogs most of her life, is making a national plea to anyone interested in adopting a pet to reach out.
The woman tells our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh she would usually care for 50-60 dogs at any one time, but over the last few years people began secretly dropping off dogs in the middle of the night at her home.
She's says the numbers have become so high, it's gotten difficult to continue on her own.
