DIG Security & Emergency Services Division Dr. Maqsood Ahmed visited parade ground Islamabad and witnessed the traditional Pakistan Day Parade.

371 personnel of Sindh Police comprising 182 commandos of Special Security Unit (SSU), 131 personnel of Traffic Police and other districts of Karachi Range and 58 personnel of Rapid Response Force (RRF) led by SP Baldia Karachi Capt ®️ Faizan Ali participated in Pakistan Day Parade for the very first time.

DIG Security Dr. Maqsood Ahmed expressed his satisfaction over the performance of the contingent of Sindh police, On this occasion, DIG Security while conveying the message, said that Pakistan Day is a landmark day in the history of the sub-continent. On this day in 1940, the Muslims demanded a ‘separate state’ called Pakistan, subsequently, this demand came into reality on 14th August 1947.

We need to adhere to the principles of unity, faith, and discipline given by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and remain united at all costs so that no enemy can look down on our homeland, Dr. Maqsood Ahmed added.
