Last Friday, the Ministry of Higher Education made a recommendation, urging public universities to hold their registration and lessons for the new semester virtually, amid a resurgence of Covid-19 cases. Many students were already on their way to campus, or had made travel arrangements, when the announcement came. Many Malaysians were quick to act to help stranded university students.
