The group of NGOs, led by the Consumers Association of Kedah, had planned to sue the owner of a nasi kandar restaurant in Kedah, who’s been identified as the originator of the Sivagangga Covid-19 cluster. They claim the restaurant owner had caused Kedahans hardship and affected businesses there and are planning to sue for loss of business.
