The Water and Sewerage Authority is apologising for what it terms an "unfortunate representation" when it appeared before a Joint Select Committee of Parliament on Thursday. WASA admits telling the JSC that 16% of the population gets a 24/7 water supply, but is now saying that is not a true picture of the situation.
