Russia has changed its strategy for Kyiv on the 17th day of the invasion in Ukraine. The Russian army has started missile attacks and airstrikes on the capital city at midnight. Russian forces have surrounded Kyiv from the side of Bucha, Irpin and Hostomel. Watch this video.
