First Batch Of Indian Students Evacuated From Ukraine's Sumy Reache Delhi

An Air India flight from Poland carrying the first batch of Indian students evacuated from the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy reached the national capital on Friday.
The flight, which had taken off from Poland's Rzeszow on Thursday night, landed here at around 5.45 am on Friday. Under Operation Ganga, the central government has arranged three AI flights from Poland to India to bring back a group of 600 Indian students, who had reached Rzeszow on Thursday after being evacuated from war-torn Ukraine.
