Putin cut to chase and made his demands before calling quits over its “special military operation” in Ukraine. In the past, he has repeatedly pointed fingers at his insecurity over NATO’s presence in his former soviet states. And, now the question remains, will Russia stop their invasion if Ukraine is not joining NATO?
