The Arima to Port of Spain Highway Taxi Drivers Association says its membership is happy about the government's decision to have public transport return to 100 percent carrying capacity.
While the entity admits that passengers do not share the same enthusiasm, it is giving an assurance that it would do all in its power to ensure a safe travelling environment.
