There has been a thorough investigation underway and ICC is building a case to prosecute Russia for war crime charges. Amnesty International, a human rights defenders coalition, also analysed digital evidence — including photos, videos and satellite imagery of attacks in Ukraine. They have verified violations of international law which could amount to war crimes.
