As seen from the Wilderness Orchard and botanical gardens, the Dehradun - Dhnaolti road is blocked with snow. Jabbarkhet in Mussoorie sees heavy snowfall, and bikers walk and skid down with their motorcycles, not taking the chance of driving down. Others get their pillion riders to walk alongside and support their bikes.
What fun when the night gives way to day, and everything is bright and white after a heavy snowfall...

See Landour carpeted with a thick blanket of heavy snowfall, with cars becoming ice shelves! Pine Lodge of the Rokeby Manor Mars Hospitality group has a foot of snow on its roof, and the cars at Sisters' Bazaar can barely be seen under the carpeting of baraf! No visitors at Bakehouse Cafe and the road going up to Dr. Prannoy Roy's is also non-motorable!
We had some heavy incidents of snowfall this past January, at our wildfilmsindia Jabbarkhet Estate in Mussoorie. See the deodars and oaks laden with fresh snow and just as the sun comes out, everything looks so magical and shiny in the bright sunshine.
