IDP camps in Syria's Aleppo province hit in new air strikes

Two children were killed after air strikes hit two camps for the displaced in Aleppo province in northern Syria, with Russian aircraft allegedly among the planes carrying out the bombardment, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
