Ukraine's Zelensky accuses Russia of 'nuclear terror' after plant attack

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accuses Moscow of resorting to "nuclear terror" and wanting to "repeat" the Chernobyl disaster after he says invading Russian forces shot at a nuclear power plant.
