MACC identifies individual accused by Johor Sultan

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has identified the individual accused by the Sultan of Johor - Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar - of offering 2 million ringgit in exchange for the ruler's endorsement of a Tan Sri title.
