An Indian student in Ukraine was killed in shelling by Russian forces in Kharkiv on March 1. Naveen Shekarappa Gyanagoudar who was from Karnataka was studying medicine in Kharkiv. He was killed in the shelling at the Governor House in Kharkiv.
