Hurricane Maria devastates Puerto Rico, heads for Turks and Caicos

Hurricane Maria destroys buildings and knocks out power across Puerto Rico before flooding parts of the Dominican Republic as it approaches the Turks and Caicos Islands and southeastern Bahamas.
