After Russian President Vladimir Putin announced 'military operations' in Ukraine, effectively invading the country, Sergiy Kyslytsya, Ukraine's UN Ambassador slammed his Russian counterpart at a UN Securitt Council meeting on Ukraine. "There is no purgatory to war criminals. They go straight to hell, Ambassador," he said.
