Addressing a press conference on Thursday evening, US President Joe Biden termed the Russian invasion of Ukraine as a "premeditated attack". He also said, "Putin declared war. Putin is the aggressor, he chose this war and now, he and his country will bear the consequences," US President Joe Biden said.
