Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on February 21 held a roadshow in Chinhat area of Lucknow ahead of the forth phase of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections. The 4th phase of the UP Assembly Elections will be held on February 23. The results will be declared on March 10.
