UP: 22-yr-old Unnao woman was strangulated to death, neck broken, says post-mortem report

The autopsy of the 22-year-old Dalit woman, whose body was found in Uttar Pradesh's Unnao on Thursday, has revealed that she was strangulated to death. The post-mortem report also showed that she had two head injuries and neck was broken.
