From their home in the storm sewers of Manhattan, four Ninjitsu-trained turtles, Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo and Donatello and their sensei, Master Splinter, battle evil. Based on the comic book series 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' created by Peter A. Laird and Kevin B. Eastman and originally published by Mirage Studios in May 1984.
