A Sikh volunteer has been recognised for the support he has provided the vulnerable throughout the pandemic. Amar Singh is president of Turbans 4 Australia and he's just been recognised as Parramatta's citizen of the year. He's been navigating supply shortages and covid outbreaks to provide food hampers for those in need.
