On Wednesday the Youth Training And Employment Partnership Programme, YTEPP, launched an Institute of Culinary Arts, which will offer training and certification in culinary arts to nationals between the ages of 18 and 50. However Education Minister Dr. Nyan Gadsby-Dolly noted this state-of-the-art experience goes beyond simply learning to cook.
