The Energy Minister has announce that "after months of discussions and complex negotiations" the Government and the shareholders in Atlantic LNG have arrived at the Heads of Agreement for the restructuring of Atlantic which is located in Point Fortin.
The Minister and one of Atlantic LNG's shareholders, bp, are describing the development as a ""milestone" achievement.
