Following the Centre’s decision to extinguish the eternal flame of ‘Amar Jawan Jyoti’ and to merge it with the flame at the National War Memorial, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra slammed the government and said that 'Amar Jawan Jyoti' flame should never be extinguished.
“I don’t understand what are they trying to prove, our tradition that 'Amar Jawan Jyoti' should never be extinguished and should be respected,” said Priyanka Gandhi.
