As the Government has postponed its plan to furlough without pay, any public sector workers who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 the Prime Minister says there has been no threat to "illegally lock out anybody" from the proposed public sector safe zones.
The Prime Minister made the comment in the Parliament on Wednesday, that ongoing consultations between the State and stakeholders, including trade unions does "not necessarily mean that agreement is guaranteed".
