Colonel (retd) Vijay Rawat, brother of the late CDS Bipin Rawat, joined the Bharatiya Janata Party on Wednesday. There was speculation that Vijay Rawat might join the Bharatiya Janata Party after Rawat met Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
