Tongan tsunami death toll rises as islands suffer extensive damage

The head of the Red Cross Program in the Pacific says communication issues in Tonga are hindering efforts to provide aid. Three people have been confirmed dead since a volcanic eruption triggered a tsunami over the weekend.
