The Joint Trade Union Movement has condemned the use of tear gas at a protest at the Queens Park Savannah on Sunday.
In addition, JTUM is making its position clear that it would stand behind anybody who is exercising their right to choose to be vaccinated or not.
These statements were made at a candlelight vigil held by the trade union body outside the Prime Minister's residence on Sunday.
