Days after a specially-abled minor girl was found in a distressed state with injuries in private parts in Rajastha's Alwar, the police is yet to make any arrest in the case. Meanwhile, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot announced an ex-gratia of Rs 6 lakhs for the victim.
