BSP worker cries bitterly after being denied poll ticket

BSP worker Arshad Rana on January 13 broke down while claiming that he was promised a ticket in the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. He was denied the ticket, at last moment despite putting up hoardings for the polls.
