The Culture Minister told the Senate on Tuesday that his Ministry's consultations with various Carnival stakeholders has involved proposals regarding "pre-determined, pre-approved Safe Zones type venues" for Carnival 2022, once it gets the green light from the Government.
He says, however, no firm decision has been made yet regarding the
"hosting of Carnival type activities in 2022."
