PM's security lapse: Why was the route not sanitised?

Hearing a petition over the lapse in the Prime Minister's security, the Supreme Court on Friday directed the Registrar General of the Punjab and Haryana HC to "secure and preserve the records" relating to PM Narendra Modi's Punjab visit.
