On Sunday, PM Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of 'Major Dhyan Chand' Sports University in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. While addressing the public meeting, PM Modi targeted the opposition fiercely. Modi said that earlier in Meerut and adjoining areas, criminals used to play tournaments of 'illegal possession'. People were forced to leave cities due to fear of criminals.
