Marshall Fire, The Most Destructive Wildfire In Colorado History Burns Down Hundreds Of Homes

Hundreds of homes have been burned down due to wildfires which have spread through the US state of Colorado. The wildfires have led to the evacuation of tens of thousands of people. The very fast moving wildfires have been burning in Boulder County, north of Denver. The Marshall fire is considered to be the most destructive wildfire in the history of Colorado. Sheriff Joe Pelle estimated 580 homes or any other structures in and around Superior may have been engulfed in the fires. Sheriff Joe Pelle said that the Marshall Fire had burned at least 1,600 acres and had spread east across Superior and Louisville. Governor Jared Polis has declared a state of emergency, reported BBC.
