Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan has written to Delhi, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka and Jharkhand, and advised the states to enhance Covid testing, strengthen hospital-level preparedness, increase pace and coverage of vaccination.
