Prime Minister Narendra Modi has worked to bring to the ground people's expectation of converting ‘Swarajya’ into ‘Surajya’, said Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Addressing a Good Governance Day programme in Delhi on December 25, HM Shah said, “In 70 years, people's confidence in our democratic system was declining because the success of democracy reaches the people only when we convert ‘Swarajya’ into ‘Surajya’. Narendra Modi has worked to bring to the ground people's expectation of converting ‘Swarajya’ into ‘Surajya’.”
