Govt spokesman urges Kenyans to tell off over-speeding drivers to help avoid accidents

Government spokesman Cyrus Oguna has urged passengers to tell off drivers who are overspeeding in public vehicles to help stop many accidents. This was during a sensitization exercise on road safety at Mau Summit, Nakuru county.
