Prime Minister urges people to 'keep calm and carry on' as COVID cases rise

The Prime Minister has called for an emergency national cabinet meeting for Wednesday. NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet says there'll be no knee-jerk reactions in NSW and has again resisted calls to bring back more restrictions.
