Litterbugs to be fined hundreds of pounds by Canterbury Council

Canterbury Council are fining visitors hundreds of pounds for dropping litter in the city as it tries to clean up the streets. Recently, three people were fined more than £200 each, for dropping cigarette butts in the streets.
