Folkestone & Hythe's elected Tory and Green Councillors react to election result

The Conservatives lost their majority in the District Council elections, which Cllr David Monk (Con) puts down to a protest vote. Meanwhile Green Party Cllr Jim Martin says it was more about local developments, which saw them pick up 6 seats.
