An inquiry is set to be held following the trial of David Fuller who abused more than a hundred bodies in two hospitals in Kent.
On Thursday, the necrophiliac pleaded guilty to the 1987 murders of Wendy Knell and Caroline Pierce in Tunbridge Wells mid-way through his trial.
