Without Congress, UPA will be a body without soul: Kapil Sibal

Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal made a veiled attack at TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee a day after she said there was no UPA left in the country. "Without the Congress , UPA will be a body without a soul. Time to show opposition unity," said Sibal.
