Man arrested over alleged hit-and-run at COVID-19 clinic

A man has been arrested over an alleged hit-and-run at a COVID testing site in Melbourne. Emergency services were called to the clinic after a white Holden station wagon reportedly hit a pedestrian and fled the scene.
