'The real-life Superman from Canada sure knows how to grab people's attention wherever he goes.
"I fly everywhere I go," the subject, Vincent Bouchard jokingly said. "The purpose of this video was to show that I travel everywhere in the Maltese position. I do calisthenics and it is one of my favorite moves."
Whether it's busting his butt in the gym, enjoying a boat ride with his friends, or even riding a subway, there's no place on earth where Vincent can't get into a Maltese stance.
He added: "Watch me go to different places in Canada in the same position."
